Alfred Terms of Service (v1)
Effective for local Alfred CLI use.

1. Identity
   Alfred does not create its own user accounts. Your identity is the
   Google Cloud account from gcloud / Application Default Credentials.
   You are responsible for that Google account and its permissions.

2. What Alfred does
   Alfred maps a limited vocabulary of CloudOps phrases to registered
   shell operations that call gcloud. It does not run arbitrary shell
   from your words and does not invent cloud mutations.

3. Safety defaults
   Create, rename, and delete of cloud resources are blocked in the MVP.
   Sensitive actions may require an acceptance code and extra confirmations.
   You must not bypass these controls to harm systems you do not own.

4. Your responsibility
   You are responsible for the Google projects you access, IAM grants,
   and any configuration you paste (including project ids after consent).
   Do not use Alfred on accounts or projects without authorization.

5. No warranty
   Alfred is provided as-is for operational assistance. Google Cloud
   remains the source of truth; always verify critical changes in GCP.

6. Acceptance
   By typing ACCEPT you agree to these terms for this Google identity
   on this machine.

Alfred Privacy Policy (v1)
Local-first. No Alfred cloud account.

1. What we collect (locally)
   Alfred stores on this machine under ~/.alfred/:
   - non-secret preferences (theme, license tier)
   - project aliases (not a substitute for GCP IAM)
   - operational history (commands → operations, redacted)
   - encrypted acceptance binding for your Google account
   - ToS / Privacy acceptance records (account + timestamp + version)

2. What we do NOT do
   - No Alfred signup email/password
   - No shipping your acceptance code to a server
   - No LLM vendor calls for routine routing (DLM is local)
   - Credentials stay in Google's tools (gcloud / ADC), not in Alfred files

3. Google Cloud
   When you run CloudOps phrases, Alfred invokes gcloud using YOUR
   Google identity. Google’s privacy terms apply to that traffic.

4. Sharing
   Reports or history you export are under your control. Redact before
   sending to third parties. Alfred does not phone home in the MVP.

5. Deletion
   Remove ~/.alfred/ to wipe local Alfred state. Resetting the acceptance
   code clears the local binding only — not your Google account.

6. Acceptance
   By typing ACCEPT you acknowledge this privacy notice for this
   Google identity on this machine.
